The Faire
Every summer our city has a Faire. Last Saturday was when this year's was. Mostly it's a bunch of vendor booths with people either trying to sell stuff or politicians handing out fliers. But most of the booths have FREE stuff!!! Which I love! Plus they have free inflatable bouncy things for the kids.

Johanna and her girls came with me. This is all the girls bouncing together.
And my two going down the slide.
We also made free things from Home Depot. They had their build something kits out and every kid got to pick one. I didn't take pictures of them because I didn't finish them. The girls picked castle banks and they had TONS of pieces, so we put them in the bottom of the stroller and had Dean help put them together a couple of days ago. Johanna was smart and picked a tray with only 4 pieces, so her's got built and painted.
We came home with bags full of free stuff. Here is some of the stuff we got for free: water bottles, reusable bags (nice ones!), weird purple backpacky things, 3D viewfinders with a nice 3D disc of how they make goat cheese (thank you Whole Foods), pencils, erasers, clay, notebooks, pens, balloons, pinwheels, drinks, mini lunch box, tattoos, candy, and a yo-yo. There was more stuff too, but that's all I can remember right now.
The girls got to do a fake fireman obstacle course (no video sorry, but it was super cute). We got to see the Flight-for-Life helicopter land and take off, and we went out and got to see it up close too. We also got to see the Rockies mascot Dinger. He was wandering around and so we saw him a couple of times. But while we were waiting in line for the slide, he came up and went down and I had to get pictures because it was hilarious to watch. Riley said she was surprised that the slide didn't collapse since he was so huge!
